01Status
Planned. UltoPulto is pre-launch and has sent no real requests. The first edition will be published only when the conditions below are met.
02What it will measure
- Exposure
- Distribution of Exposure Scores at first scan; people-search listings per person; share of people with breach exposure.
- Face and AI exposure
- Share of people who find their face in a face-search engine; share with a possible dataset match.
- Outcomes
- Share of requests acknowledged, confirmed removed, refused and escalated, by category of organisation.
- Time
- Median time from request to confirmed removal, by category and by legal basis.
- Persistence
- Share of confirmed removals that reappear, and after how long.
03Conditions for publishing
- A minimum sample large enough that no figure can describe an identifiable person.
- Only people who agreed to research use of their aggregated outcomes.
- The method, sample size and known biases published with the report.
- A named organisation is included only above a minimum number of cases, and is told before publication.
04Known limits
- UltoPulto customers are not a random sample of the population.
- The registry of sources is finite; exposure outside it is not measured.
- A listing found by name and area can belong to someone else; only confirmed findings will be counted.
