People-search removal

Your name, address, phone and email on people-search sites and data brokers. UltoPulto sends removal and suppression requests under the law that applies where you live, tracks each deadline and checks that the listing is gone.

What it covers

People-search listings
Profiles that combine name, age, addresses, phone and relatives.
Data-broker records
Records held by companies that collect and sell personal information.
Re-listing
Brokers refresh their data. Sources are checked again after a request and on your monitoring schedule.

How it works

  1. A case per listingEach finding becomes a case with the listing address, the organisation and the legal basis.
  2. The right lawWhere you live decides the request: GDPR, UK GDPR, the CCPA and Delete Act, a state law, or the site's own policy.
  3. Sent as your agentRequests identify UltoPulto as your authorized agent. You can read every one.
  4. Deadline trackedTypically 30 or 45 days. A follow-up goes out after it passes.
  5. EscalationIf still ignored, a complaint to the right regulator is drafted for you to review and sign.
  6. VerifiedA case becomes Confirmed removed on a written confirmation or a re-check that no longer finds the listing.

What is built

Each capability carries its status. What the labels mean

  • People-search and data-broker requestsBuiltRemoval and suppression requests written for the law that applies where you live.
  • Real delivery of requestsIn rolloutRequests are sent only to contacts our team has verified against the organisation's current privacy policy. Until a contact is verified the request stays a draft.
  • Opt-out form automationIn rolloutScripted form filling for sites that allow it. We never bypass CAPTCHAs; a person completes those steps.
  • Follow-ups and regulator complaint draftsBuiltA follow-up after the legal deadline, then a complaint draft for the right regulator for you to review and sign.
  • Removal re-checksBuiltSources are checked again after a request to confirm removal and to catch re-listing.
  • California DROP filing helpPlannedGuided filing on California's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform and tracking of broker compliance.

Limits

What this does not do.

  • Organisations can refuse, ask for more proof or not reply. We report that as it is and escalate.
  • Public records at their source, such as court or property records, are outside what a broker request removes.
  • The current build covers eight people-search sites. The registry grows as contacts are verified.
